thank God it's over!

Last night, I did something spontaneous! I was online netsurfing away and Glenn (Wongie's fiancee) msn me to tell me to come over to check out the video he had edited and then go together to Wong's house to surprise her since i haven't seen her for about a month! So knowing that I had a 20page presentation to prepare for, I still went ahead to his place. The guy's such a perfectionist. Every little image shot or colouring or effect was made to perfection and yes he even acted as a commentator while I was watching the clip to show me all the effects he did. I must say I was impressed!

Anyhow, we went to Wongie's place but realised she wasn't home, so there goes that surprised. Rather, we drove to the Glen area to coco lounge where Wong was with Cam and her new man Tristan.. as soon as both Glenn and I walked in, Wong was surprised alright! she welcomed it too although it would've been an even more surprise if she was just in her PJs at home. Anyhow, my long time no-C girlfriend Quin was there too!! And apparently, she's getting engaged anytime this week! her man's got the ring already! hahaha... Man I swear, it seems that every single day, someone reports to me that they're engaged! God, what is going on?

I woke up this morning at 6:30am to get to work (at old Hawthorn office) at 7:30am (boy the traffic's sooo bad to drive into the city!) to prepare for my presentation.

Thank God it's all over. I had to get up there infront of 25ppl (including my mgr who wanted to come and watch and assess me! ha!) to present to the sales force of the new Olay lines and all the exciting marketing campaigns that's coming up in March and April. I gave them all a TE Serum just to thank everyone of them for their efforts and to tell them 'to love the skin you're in' hahahahha. They loved it!

Smithy (the retail operations mgr for P&G) thanked me for helping him out. He said I was so passionate in the brand while I was presenting and everyone could see it and got motivated behind it too! Praise God! =)

Anyways, I'm just so glad it's over. My heart is beating at normal pace now ! phew~! ok I'm going to Chaddy now to do some store checks and see how Olay is looking in stores at Coles/Bilo. Maybe I'll go shopping too. I deserve some retail therapy! hehehe..
