When u least expect it...

Tonight after work, I went out to watch XMEN III with my danna =) Actually it wasn't expected at all. We just went out for dinner at Airstream and then had so much time to kill and thought Y not? AND BOY IT WAS the best movie we've seen so far!! I LOVE XMEN! STORM ROCKS!! (I wish I had her bod but then again which woman doesn't?!) I've got both the Xmen I & II on DVD and now can't wait to get the III. I couldn't stop laughing though at some of the scenes when they use their powers... like Kitty walking through the walls & Jean with her lifting the house! soooo funny! I think I was the only person laughing while everyone else watched intently and thinking 'what drug is she on?'

Watching the movie really made me miss SF... I missed the Golden Gate bridge, I missed Pier 39, I missed Joe's fishbowl (I think it was Joe), I missed the cable car, I missed the houses from Full house, I missed the crooked street, I missed China town, I missed Alcatraz, I missed dropping the very hot sake into icy cold beer (aka sake bomb), I missed Twin Peaks... and most of all I missed Kim and all her close friends and family.... gosh it has been what 4yrs since I was there?!... But never fear, I will return there one day (for her long awaited wedding! kekekeke) and this time to Las Vegas too where I didn't have time to see it! Chien keeps on telling me how good it is & so does Kim! don't worry another 15K qantas frequent flyer points to go and I'll be there in no time absolutely FOC!

Anyways, the highlight of the night was definitely ALL THESE phone calls I received.. about 10 to be exact! Now get this, for the past week so far, my phone had been untouched during night time cos no one wanted to call me! Then the moment I decide to go out to break out of my state of 'depression', everyone calls!
Ok time to sleep.. it's past midnight ! Yikes!

p/s I received the most prettiest & very sexy Victoria's Secret today by a very good friend of mine who bought it off the internet to cheer me up! gosh they're soooo pretty with all the bling bling bling sequence!
