2nd half of 06 review
I can't believe we're already half way through Y2006!
So let's take a quick WIP review on how I'm doing so far in meeting my NY's resolution that I'd set for myself earlier this year:
Personal Goals:
1) Um.. I think I will take this one out! cos I seriously do not have time to go to the gym~! Besides I have so much outlay as it is; a monthly gym bill will really prevent me from achieving my financial goal ;) (yes any excuse sounds good!)
2) Doing very well there despite some 'hiccups' along the way..
3) Ah.. the Taj, well everyone know I've conqueored that.. but Mt KK is not on the agenda for 06 and maybe not even in 07 anymore! soon to be revealed.. ..
4) Doing very well there again.. not only once, not only twice but three times once November arrives!
Professional Goals:
1) Yes I've hit my 260MSU sales target for Coles/Bilo!~ yepee! but to my disappointment, the overall CML Team didn't hit it for Olay! sob sob..
2) Another goal on a very good track.. Social Club is going great! Already I've hold a staff sale and sold entertainment books to raise approx $1500 for the SC! and last month we had a Subway lunch for all social club members for absolutely free of charge! The next event will be very soon in deed for all members and partners! It will be a dress up party on the theme of 'Christmas Colours' for our 'Christmas in July' dinner.. The best dressed will win a fantastic prize (which we are still working on)...
Social Goals:
1) 'Social butterfly' (just like my earrings =) is now my middle name.. not only am I keeping in touch with current friends in Aust as well as O/S, but I have also managed to make over 20 NEW friends so far!
2) Yes, I've already gone to ALL of my friend's engagments Plus 3 of my good friends' weddings!
Financial Goals:
1) Well my dad doesn't really want the HECS repayment from me anymore.. so I'm just giving him money every week for the rest of his life instead =)
2) That was doing really well until I went to India! shall I say more? But, we still got another half year to go!
Spiritual Goals:
1) Yes, Seeking Guidance from Him is now a very common practice for me in every aspect of my life!
2) I must confess, I should be reading His word more regularly.. but with so much workload coupled with my love for Korean Dramas PLUS knitting, reading His word has somehow been pushed aside! But Praise God for His Holy Spirit which always convict my heart everyday to read His word. I sooo need God's matchstick to ignite the flame for His word again! 3) Reading is sooo NOT my cup of tea. I have only read 1 Christian book so far, and with 50% of the year gone and only 33% completion on this particular goal. I think I need to go to Koorong this weekend!
4) Yep, all my roles at church comes first over my social functions (with some very rare exceptions of course).
