Culture Team: Spring Racing Carnival

Today, we decided to bring the Spring Racing Carnival fever into our work culture since over the next few days, the entire nation of Australia will tune in to Melbourne. Four major events will take place in the world of Horse Racing or aka Fashion & Champagne! (Derby - Sat, Melb Cup - Tues, Oaks - Thurs & Emirates Stakes Day - next Sat).

Michelle & I organised chicken & champagne, cheese & crackers brunch for everyone held at the balcony. Andy helped me decorate the place at 9am (had so much fun blowing the balloons and nearly fainting afterwards!). Alison looked after the Sweeps while the culture team picked the best 'fashion on the field' looking hat/fascinator. Jean was the winner as she creatively inserted 'Daisy's onto her hat. Mind you, these aren't Daisies the flowers but Daisy's the Gillette Razor blade! We loved her company passion so had to give her the winning bag of goodies!

It was such a great morning!
