Reconnecting back with an ol' friend

After our major fall out 1.5yrs ago, I was so glad that God was able to save our friendship despite all that's happened. Tonight was the 1st time I've seen both Ruth & Sam since July 2005. They invited me over to their new place in Hampton Park and I must say they've decorated their first home very nicely! What's more, they will be getting married 2nd half of this year despite her parents being very against it.. another one of my g/f's who's giving up everything all for love...

Ruth cooked green Thai curry for dinner while Sam made the salad. Both of them were very warm and hospitable. I told Ruth that I can't believe she now has a house & is heading towards marriage cos I remember it was just yesterday that both of us were playing 4-square in primary school without a care in the world..

Like always, we reminisced about the good ol' times and went through every person we knew in high school and talked about 'where are they now'. Ruth is still very much the same person but like I've said it time and time before, it's the circumstances around us that has changed so so much...
