Back to Sunday School

Today at church, I decided to join the Sunday School kids to see what they're doing nowadays especially since I used to be a sunday school teacher.

Anyhow, all the powerkids (preschoolers) were busy drawing and colouring all the creatures from the book of Genesis. For a moment there, I had forgotten that colour pencils, textas & crayons actually existed. I can't even remember how long ago since I've used one! Gosh it really brought back memories from my primary & sunday school days...

Then I went into the eaglets room (Primary schoolers) and decided to join them in making origami. They were all busy making cubes and some ninja looking stars to stick on the cube for Father's Day next Sunday. We're planning to put encouraging scriptures inside the cube as a word of blessing for all the Fathers.

I know I'm already in my mid 20s but seriously today made me realised just how time has flown. It really felt like it was just yesterday that I was a kid doing all these crafty things in sunday school...
